The DeTray family name is synonymous with manufactured housing in Washington State. The family business launched in 1956 with Paul and Phyllis DeTray developing mobile home park communities and expanding to selling mobile homes in 1962. DeTrays Custom Housing in Puyallup, WA, is owned and operated by Dana & Diane DeTray, the second generation of the family-owned business.

I live in a double wide mfcnaautured home and as a handyman who works on mfcnaautured homes and site built homes I can say that mfcnaautured homes are built as well as if not better than some site built homes I have worked on. I suppose that is because of the federal regulations that apply to mfcnaautured homes that don’t apply to site built homes.
